PARENT
This field contains the name of the parent/guardian of the student.
SP EQ
This field contains information about special equipment a student needs:
BG
Buckle guard (supplied by your employer).
CS
Car seat (supplied by your employer).
SV
Safety vest (supplied by your employer).
WC
Wheelchair (uses wheelchair provided by parent/guardian).
WK
Walker (uses walker provided by parent/guardian).
TEACHER
This is the last name of the student's teacher.
VEST HOME
If there is a Y in this field, the student uses a safety vest that stays on them when they go home.
Comments (student)
This field contains important information on the individual student:
Special stop information (i.e. picking up inside the complex)
Health information (i.e. student has allergies, seizures)
Release information - names of people the student can be released to or if the student is a release to self. Release to self means release at home. If the student is a release to self at school, it will say RELEASE TO SELF AT HOME AND SCHOOL.
Please note if the "Comments" field for the student is blank or has no names, the student can only be released to the parent/guardian listed in the PARENT field.
