Abbreviation for school the student attends. This is useful if you have a combo route.

City the student lives in (for the stop address).

ATT

If there is a YES in this field, the student requires an attendant.

CAREPLAN

If there is a Y in this field, the student has a specialized medical care plan.

DIS

This is the student's disability. It will be one of thirteen I.D.E.A. recognized disabilities.

EFF DATE

This is the last date this specific student's transportation arrangements were changed (it may or may match the route effective data).
