Deadhead location
This is a location you leave before you start the live part of your route. The abbreviations for these locations are as follows:

GARAGE

Bus yard. (On inbound trips, the time assigned to the GARAGE is the latest time you can leave the yard to make it to your first stop on time. You should be exiting the yard no later than this time.)

SCHL

School dropped at prior to the beginning of the route.

(time) and School name

This appears between the last drop on a route and the next school. The time on the deadhead is not the load time at your next school. For example, if you have a Rhodes route first and then a Walnut route after, deadhead on the Rhodes in the afternoon says, 1:57 pm WALNUT SCHOOL. That means after you leave your last student, you will get to Walnut at 1:57. The pickup time at Walnut (2:15) will be on your Walnut route.
